Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the kg999dog platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "the Site", or "kg999dog"), you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player", "the User") and kg999dog ("the Operator", "we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any account you may have registered. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all aspects of the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), live casino, slot games, promotional campaigns, customer support interactions, and payment processing. These terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 General Bonus Terms

6.2 Bet Acceptance and Void Bets

kg999dog reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, suspected match-fixing or irregular betting patterns, technical failures that materially affected the display of odds, or where the relevant sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the result is determined according to the applicable rules.

6.3 Casino Games

Casino games including slots, live dealer games, table games, and specialty games are provided on kg999dog through third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. 8. Abusive behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing communication toward kg999dog staff members or other players through any channel.
9. Account sharing: Allowing any third party to access or use your kg999dog account, or operating an account on behalf of another individual.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by the Operator

kg999dog reserves the right to suspend any player account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that: the account holder has breached these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent or suspicious activity has been identified; the account holder has failed to provide requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe; or continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

8.2 Closure by the Operator

Following investigation of a suspended account, kg999dog may permanently close the account where a material breach of these Terms & Conditions is confirmed. In cases of permanent closure due to misconduct, any remaining balance in the account may be forfeited. The Operator's decision in such cases is final.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure by the Player

Players who wish to close their kg999dog account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team at support@kg999dog. Before closure is processed, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be addressed (bonus balances will be removed), and any real-money balance will be withdrawn to the player's verified payment method. Voluntary account closure requests are typically processed within 2 business days.

8.4 Responsible Gaming Closure

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kg999dog shall not be liable to any player for:

• Loss of profits, revenues, or anticipated winnings resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or the voiding of bets;
• Loss of data resulting from system failures beyond our reasonable control;
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any loss or damage resulting from the player's own internet connection failures, device malfunctions, or browser incompatibility;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or mobile wallet operators.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit kg999dog's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Our total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Amendments & Governing Law

10.1 Right to Amend

kg999dog reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes through a notice displayed upon login or via the email address associated with their account. The amended terms will take effect from the date stated in the notification. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on kg999dog, constitute the entire agreement between the player and the Operator with respect to the use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

10.4 Language and Interpretation

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity, the English-language version shall prevail. Headings within this document are provided for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of the provisions they precede.
